didn’t want to admit my natural waist size has been at 25”. post-vacation was slow in getting back to strict corseting. did get back to exercising which landed me at GW1 @ 1.18.12. however, adjusting to grad school demands seemingly consequently resulted in laziness in exercise (again) & corseting (daytime & sleep when realizing the lightness of sleep came from corseting)....
